hey,ok.

i made another batch of those cheese cupcakes to school and my classmates asked for the recipe.

its is so bloody simple!!

so here goes.

for 500g of philadelphia cream cheese, add:

100g of sugar
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon of lemon flavouring/essence.

for base:
use digestive biscuits and pound it finely.
add water bit by bit to make it into a paste.
make sure its not too watery,if it is add more biscuit.
place the paste at the bottom of the cup, before putting in the cheese batter.

for toppings:
crushed oreo biscuits and chocolate chips.

place the cupcakes in the oven of 175/180 degree celcius for 15 mins.you can either place the toppings before or after baking.

HAVE FUN TRYING!!:):)

TADAH!!
